Licence Condition
Deliverables The licensee must systematically review the UV disinfection system at the premises. The review must include, but need not be limited to: Verification of existing installation against design performance criteria; Assessment of system reliability in the event of equipment and/or power failure; Assessment of redundancy levels of the UV system and associated equipment; Assessment of control philosophy and alarms; and Assessment of operating and maintenance tasks. A report outlining the findings of the review and the proposed measures to improve the performance of the UV system and reduce the risk on non-compliance with Environment Protection Licence conditions must be submitted to the EPA via email to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au by no later than 31 October 2016.
